Our kitchens are module-based, but the kitchens are always unique according to the customer’s own choice. Below we present some of the choices you can make for your kitchen. Which fittings suit you best? The choice of worktop is also significant for the kitchen as a whole. And what color do you prefer in the kitchen? Although it is possible to repaint our kitchens without any problems, it may be worth thinking through the color choice one more time. And maybe you want white oiled insides for a lighter look? And why not add a drawer insert for better order among the cutlery!
Our kitchens are painted by hand with a brush in the carpentry shop. We use linseed oil paint, made of SELDER & CO.
The color scale in shaker kitchens is taken from the shaker movement’s love of nature. Shaker fans made their colors from different clays, which inspired today’s color palettes.
We have selected seven base colors that all agree well with the shaker aesthetic. You can also choose your own color of any NCS code at a small extra cost.
You can find our basic colors on this page: OUR KITCHENS
Our cabinets are oiled with linseed oil, but if you want a lighter look, you can opt for white oiled insides at a small extra cost. Let us know in the final stages of your order and we will arrange this!
We offer our own wooden knobs in Ash and Oak.
They are available in sizes 27 and 32 mm.
If you want another type of fitting, we will of course help with that, it is a choice that we usually wait until the end of the ordering process.
NOTE – We only sell our knobs together with the kitchens.
We can offer our own countertops in oak and ash. Normal thickness is usually somewhere between 20 – 40 mm. They ara made of whole boards and not glued together rods.
When it comes to countertops in stone, we work with House Of Design – They have a price calculator on their website where you can get an idea of the price picture. They deliver to Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Order and order in the drawers! Our cutlery inserts are not only stylish – but practical too! To add a cutlery insert to the drawing program, click on a cabinet, go to the fourth tab in the menu on the left called “Customizations”. Then click on “Cutlery insert”.
Knife insert means that the knives are firm and protected in the drawer and you do not have to put them all on top of each other in a pile and awkward groping for the bread knife in the morning. It is stylish, practical and there is room for many different knives! To add a knife block to the drawing program, click on a cabinet, go to the fourth tab in the menu on the left called “Customizations”. Then click on “Cutlery insert”. Then let us know that it is a knife block you want in that particular cabinet as the knife blocks are not available to add in the KITCHEN PLANNER.
Add our beautiful, undulating spice effort and get the spice box in order once and for all! Add our plate sticks to keep the plates in place in the drawer. To add our turntables to the drawing program, click on a cabinet, go to the fourth tab in the menu on the left called “Customizations”. Then click on “Cutlery insert”. Then let us know that these are plate sticks you want in that particular cupboard, as an exact choice of drawer insert cannot be made in the KITCHEN PLANNER.
We offer our own wooden knobs in Ash and Oak in 27 mm and 32 mm. Either you can get them untreated, oiled with linseed oil or painted in the same color as the kitchen. The knobs are only sold together with the kitchens. If you do not want wooden knobs for your kitchen, we recommend that you check the range at Beslag Design and then let us know which handles / knobs you want for your kitchen and we will pre-drill for them.
Recessed spotlights that facilitate cooking. Convenient with lighting exactly where you need it! To add spotlights under your cupboards in the KITCHEN PLANNER: click on a cupboard, go to the third tab in the menu on the left called “Options”. Then click on “Spotlight”.
Tips for installing spotlights – Ask the installer to leave an extra piece of cord that is pushed in above the lamp. When the lamp needs to be replaced, you can then easily cut the cord right next to the lamp and attach the new one where the cord is cut off. Then it is good that you have not cut it too short from the beginning.
In our corner cabinets you can have regular shelves, but why not choose a pull-out shelf instead so you can easily access the pots at the bottom as well? Our corner cabinets can be found in the KITCHEN PLANNER under Kitchen joinery -> Countertop cabinets 590 mm Corner cabinets. There you will find both corner cabinets with shelves and those without. Those who do not have any shelves have a pull-out shelf instead.
Stainless steel containers for source sorting are included in all our vanity cabinets. Since we do not like plastic, we have developed our own vessels to match our philosophy around materials and durability.
Our kitchens are based on a modular system – but it can be adapted so that it is tailored to your needs and wishes for a site-built feeling.
Here you can see our modules and their dimensions: THE MODULES
In the KITCHEN PLANNER, you also see the dimensions of the cabinets you have drawn into your drawing.
