It is possible to integrate your appliances into our cabinets. Before ordering your kitchen, we need to know which appliances you want to integrate. The dimensions are crucial. So don’t start looking at appliances too late. Follow the recommendations in our PDF with Info on cabinets for appliances to make your choices easier. And if a cabinet needs to be adapted to accommodate your appliance, we can usually solve it.

Integrate dishwasher

The most common appliance to integrate is a dishwasher.

We manufacture fronts for dishwashers that are just under 45 cm wide or 60 cm wide. The dishwasher can be a maximum of 84 cm high to fit in our regular front. (Otherwise, the cabinet frame must become a fake frame and part of the door). We recommend buying a dishwasher with standard dimensions for simplicity and because it is easier to replace your dishwasher if necessary in the future.

The dishwasher is usually placed next to the sink cabinet and there are three alternative placements for the dishwasher;

a) Between two other cabinets.
b) At the end of a row of cabinets with one side of the dishwasher visible. In this case, a reinforced side panel must also be ordered because it is not a cabinet but only a front.
c) At the end of a row of cabinets with one side against a house wall. In this case, we recommend adding a 30 mm fitting piece to be able to easily open and close the door.

Integrate fridge and freezer

Many customers want to integrate a fridge and freezer. You can either choose a cabinet where you place your fridge and freezer, but where the appliance’s own door is visible. Or you can choose to integrate the door as well (if you buy a fridge and freezer with this option).

If you place a fridge or freezer next to a wall, keep in mind that a little extra space is required to be able to easily open the appliance door completely. We recommend adding a spacer closest to the wall.

Freestanding

If you want your fridge/freezer to be freestanding, you don’t need anything from us. You simply place the appliance where you want it. Remember that it is good to have air between the appliance and the wall so that you can easily open the doors. 50-70 mm is good.

Also remember that any kitchen cabinets next to the freestanding appliance should have a painted side to protect the cabinet from dirt.

Semi-integrated

We build cabinets to semi-integrate freestanding fridges and freezers. They are 610 mm deep – just like our other tall cabinets. All so that the tall cabinets line up nicely when placed next to each other.

The interior depth of the cabinet is 600 mm, and if the refrigerator is deeper than that, it will stick out, which is not uncommon. It is a matter of taste! But in some cases also necessary for the appliance doors to be able to open.
If you want a different depth, please let us know and also check the quote carefully so that it meets your expectations.

Fully integrated

If you do not want the appliance doors on your fridge and freezer to be visible, you can choose to integrate the fridge and freezer completely. Choose the cabinet in the kitchen planner that best fits the dimensions of your fridge and freezer, and we will adapt the cabinet to your appliance.

There are two different ways to mount a cabinet door on a fridge or freezer, with sliding rails or “door-on-door”. The second option is more stable because the doors are mounted directly against each other.

Integrate oven

We manufacture cabinets for integrated ovens.

The dimensions for built-in ovens are usually standard, which our oven cabinet is adapted for. Otherwise, the cabinet needs to be adapted.

Freestanding

If you want your oven to be freestanding, you don’t need anything from us. You simply place it where you want it. If you place it between two countertop cabinets, you should choose painted side panels on the adjacent cabinets to protect these cabinets from dirt and grease.

We adapt the cabinet to your oven. Stick to standard dimensions and it will be easy to replace the oven if necessary in the future.

Depending on the height of the oven, there may be space for storage under the oven.

Oven in tall cabinet

Many people choose to place their oven in a tall cabinet. The working height becomes somewhat more practical and the risk of curious children and animals accidentally burning themselves is reduced.

Integrate micro

There are different ways to approach a microwave in a kitchen. Some people think it needs to be easily accessible and have no problem with it being visible, while others want to hide it in a cabinet.

If you want to place your microwave in a tall cabinet, choose a tall cabinet for appliances in our kitchen planner.

Microwave in wall cabinet

If you want to place your microwave in a wall cabinet, choose a wall cabinet for appliances in our kitchen planner.

Our wall cabinets are 330 mm deep, which means that the microwave cannot be deeper.

Microwave in a countertop cabinet

If you want to place your microwave in a countertop cabinet yourself, you can choose any countertop cabinet that will fit your microwave. Just think about the dimensions! We have shallow countertop cabinets that are 390 mm deep and standard ones that are 590 mm deep.
Does the shelf need to be mounted at a specific height to accommodate the microwave? Also check the depth and width carefully. With or without a wooden door depends on what is possible in relation to the dimensions of the microwave.

Microwave hidden in cabinet

If you don’t want a cabinet for your microwave, and don’t want it in front, you can hide it in a cabinet or pantry. Check the dimensions of the microwave and review the placement of shelves and drawers in the cabinet to make room for the microwave.
Don’t forget to bring electricity when installing the kitchen.

Induction hob

You can integrate an induction hob into our countertop cabinets. Choose a countertop cabinet with suitable dimensions in relation to your desired induction hob.

Depending on the height of your induction hob, there may be room for a drawer with storage just below.

Some customers request an induction hob with a built-in fan. We can adapt the cabinet to such an application, but the cabinet needs to be specially adapted.

Wine cooler

If you want to integrate a wine cooler, choose to add a countertop cabinet for appliances, wine cooler, in our kitchen planner. You can easily change the dimensions of the cabinet to fit your wine cooler.

White goods in kitchen island

If you want to place appliances in your kitchen island – don’t forget to prepare for electricity. But also water. If you want an induction hob or stove in your kitchen island, you need at least a small pull-out sink on the same side.

Special solutions

Our kitchens are based on a modular system – but can be customized to suit your needs and wishes for a custom-built feel.

In the kitchen planner you can also see the dimensions of the cabinets you have drawn into your drawing.
